Abstract

The implementation of Coretax as a digital tax administration system requires taxpayers to be prepared to understand and use technology-based services. This study aims to analyze the role of Tax Volunteers in improving taxpayers’ digital tax literacy during the transition period of Coretax implementation at the Jepara Primary Tax Office. The research method employed a qualitative approach through community service activities, utilizing data collection techniques such as observation, informal interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that Tax Volunteers serve as educators, mentors, and facilitators in helping taxpayers understand how to use Coretax, activate their accounts, update their data, and file Annual Tax Returns (SPT). This initiative demonstrates that educational and participatory mentoring serves as an effective strategy for enhancing digital tax literacy and supporting the successful implementation of Coretax as part of the digital transformation of tax administration in Indonesia.
