Optimalisasi Google My Business untuk Pemasaran Digital Peternak Bebek Kopeng
Abstract
The digital transformation in marketing has become a necessity for business actors, including the community of duck farmers in Kopeng Village, Semarang Regency. The limited use of digital technology has resulted in constraints in reaching a wider market and increasing competitiveness. This community service program aims to enhance digital marketing skills through the utilization of Google My Business (GMB) as part of a social media marketing strategy. The methods used include training, mentoring, and hands-on practice in managing GMB accounts, optimizing marketing content, and integrating with social media platforms. The results show that participants were able to create and manage GMB accounts independently, improve their business visibility in Google searches, and understand digital marketing strategies based on social media. The impact of this program is reflected in the pre-test and post-test results, which indicate an increase in participants' average understanding and skills, demonstrating the program's success in providing new knowledge and competencies. This is also supported by increased customer interactions and sales potential. In conclusion, the utilization of Google My Business has proven effective in improving the digital marketing skills of the farming community, expanding market access, and promoting the sustainability of their businesses in the digital era.
